Founders Experence

Our vision for the future is grounded in a fundamental principle: you are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Yet, this ideal often feels reversed in practice, as if the burden lies on you to prove your innocence.

I personally navigated through this challenging terrain when I was wrongfully accused of stalking. My journey began with a trip to the sheriff's office for booking – a process involving mugshots, body photographs, and fingerprinting. To secure my release, I had to agree to a no-contact order with the alleged victim.

The first issue in my case was a procedural error; I was notified of my trial for the alleged criminal stalking through a simple letter from the District Attorney's office.

Secondly, and more significantly, I was innocent. Despite this, I found myself prematurely judged guilty.

Battling a legal case is an arduous, emotional, and often prolonged journey. My own case stretched over a year, but I was steadfast in defending my innocence against false accusations.

Faced with the inability to afford an attorney, I embarked on a self-education journey, navigating the complexities of the legal system alone. It is this personal experience that inspired me to establish this organization and develop these tools to aid others who feel equally powerless.

This platform is a culmination of everything I've learned and realized about navigating the court system. My aim is to empower you with this knowledge, offering guidance through the resources available here.

Should you have any questions, we are here to assist. However, I recommend first following the structured steps provided on this site to enable us to support you more effectively towards achieving your victory.

Best of luck! You have the strength to overcome this challenge.

 Warm regards, Kim
