First Official Board Meeting has been set.

Hello Everyone,

The first official meeting of the Little Voices’ Board of Directors has been rescheduled to Friday, October 28, 2022 at 7pm, at 1801 NW Upshur, Suite 100, Portland, OR 97209. I want to have it on this day because it is London’s birthday! London is the child who began all this.

We had a pre-meeting today, and the following things were set:

1) BOARD OF DIRECTORS: I nominated and approved to the Board of Directors of Little Voice, the following:

a. Kimberly Schoene: Director and President

b. Amie Terry: Director and Treasurer/Vice-President

c. Stephanie Brunk: Director and Secretary

d. Crystal Cooper: Director (no office)

e. Tana Howtopat: Director (no office)

Others involved with Little Voices and attending the Board meeting, and possibly on the Board are:

a. Nikki Allen Assistant Secretary

b. Ksen Murry Attorney

c. Orion Nessly Attorney

d. Mindi __________ ____________

e. Mark Haqq Assistant to Little Voices

Right now, there will be 5 directors on the Board, and then increasing in size up to 11 directors.

2) BYLAWS: Attached are the Bylaws for you all to review. If you have any suggested changes, please email me or call. Once the Board of Directors is officially installed at the first meeting, their first action will be to approve the Bylaws.

3) CHARITIABLE STATUS: We will file for 501(c)(3) status after we have a Board established, and upon approval of the Board.

4) THE PRIMARY PURPOSE for Little Voices is:

“Providing knowledge, resources and direction

to those unfairly targeted by a corrupt legal system.”

5) TASKS: There are tasks that we want to assign people to, listed below. Please let me know before the meeting on the 28th which one or more of these items you would like to help with:

a. Event planning

b. Grants

c. Media exposure

d. Fund raiser and ideas

e. Website information

f. Intake
